KNOW YOUR BODY TTYPE

It is important to find the right fit for you when shopping for an outfit. Tight, too-small, or oversized clothes can make your body look bulky or disfigured. These 5 body types will help you decide what clothes are right for you.

Apple body shapes will show a prominent stomach and bust, while the waist is less obvious. You should pay attention to your waist, cleavages, legs, and vertical lines. For a defined waist, place a belt over your stomach. Shorts and v-necks will draw dress wel attention to your legs, upper body and upper arms. Avoid unwanted bumps along your sides by choosing drape clothes

Pear-shaped women have larger hips than their shoulders, rounded thighs, longer legs than their upper bodies, and a visible waist. Focus on your upper body to make clothes work for you. Your hips will be bare if you wear a brightly colored top and dark denim jeans. Wear dresses with the top half being tight, and the bottom half loose. You can wear long coats or cardigans that hug your hips, but not too tight.

KNOW THE COLORS THAT SUIT YOUR SKUNS TONE

Consider your skin tone when selecting outfits and jewelry. If you are unsure about your skin’s tone or which colors will go well with it, we can help.

There are three types: warm, cool and neutral skin tones. Red, orange, honeygold, amber, and yellow are all good options for warm-colored skin. Bright blue, deep shades purple, lavender and sapphire are best for those with cooler skin tones. Neutrals can be worn in soft roses, light peach and placidblue. It is very helpful to use the color wheel when matching colors.

So how do you find your skin tone? Good question. There are three options.

First, look at your veins. If your veins look green, then they are warm-toned. If your veins are blue or purple you’re cooler-toned. If you can’t tell your veins’ colors apart, you’re neutral. If your skin’s natural colour is olive, you can confirm this.

The white paper test is another option if your veins are not cooperating. Keep a piece of white paper close to your skin. If your skin appears yellow next to the paper, it’s warm. If your skin is rosy, pink or bluish-red it means you are cool. If none of the above are present, you’re neutral.

The third step is to determine your skin’s color with jewelry. Find the right one for you by taking out some gold or silver jewelry. For warm-toned skin, gold works well with silver. Silver with cool and neutral-toned skin is not recommended.

SEARCH YOUR CLOSET

After you’ve done the above, go through your wardrobe. You should choose items that suit your style and body shape. It will be difficult to find what you are looking for in your wardrobe if it is stuffed. Additionally, you are wasting space with clothes you don’t need.

Here are some ways to organize your closet.

You should clean out your closet to see if you have clothes that don’t fit a specific season. It doesn’t make sense for your wool sweater to take up half your space for summer clothes if it is summer. Keep the out-of season clothes in another closet, and the current ones in your main closet.

Keep the pieces you love. Do not keep things that you aren’t using or can’t remember. Your wardrobe should be large enough to accommodate the things that matter most to you.

To limit how many clothes you keep, choose a number. Pick 10 of the 35,912 clothes you have, and choose the 10 most loved outfits. You must say goodbye to the 35,902 items you didn’t choose. It’s not all bad. You’ll find out more about that later.

Fourth, cut down on the amount of clothes you buy. While we understand that you may find the latest clothes in stores appealing, you should be aware of your buying habits. It is important to select clothes that are comfortable for you. You might find that your wardrobe explodes with excessively oversized shirts or pants.

FIND A GOOD TAILOR THAT FIXES YOUR CLOTHES

Good tailoring is a key component of dressing well. Your dress wel outfits must fit you perfectly and be flattering to your body. Avoid wearing clothes that are too big or too small.

You can find a professional tailor to make the pieces fit again if they are too small. They will need to measure you and the pieces that you have chosen for the best fit. To take an example, if you find that your pants are too large, tailors can make the right adjustments.

Your tailor can help you make your clothes more stylish by adding cute designs to them. Add some pearl buttons to your jeans jacket! You’ll give it a chic new look, we promise!
